Ondansetron is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. warnings Driving SAFE Ondansetron does not usually affect your ability to drive. warnings Kidney SAFE Ondansetron is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Ondansetron is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease.
