Contraindicated in Coadministration with an MAOI, including linezolid and intravenous methylene blue, or within 14 days of MAOI discontinuation due to increased risk of serotonin syndrome, Hypersensitivity to clomiPRAMINE hydrochloride or other tricyclic antidepressants and Myocardial infarction during the acute recovery period.
