This can cause dizziness or feeling like you might pass out, especially when getting up from a sitting or lying position. warnings Pregnancy PROBABLY SAFE Alfoo 10 mg Tablet PR is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies.
