Alcohol CAUTION It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Silodosin. Taking Silodosin with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience a headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate. Pregnancy PROBABLY SAFE Silodosin is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor. Lactation No information is aVialable on the use of Silodosin during lactation. Please consult your doctor. Driving Dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure may occur in some patients while on Silodosin. If you are affected in this way, your ability to drive may be impaired. Kidney CAUTION Silodosin should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Silodosin may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Silodosin is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Liver Silodosin should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Silodosin may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is aVialable on the use of Silodosin in these patients.
